I had to study the candidate’s files in order to be tenant in our apartment. I checked their solvency and collect all the documents necessary to set up the tenant files. I had administrative and data-processing tasks.
2007: Director’s Assistant in the Première Classe hotel, in Tours, France. (Two months)
It was an economic hotel. I checked the room after the chambermaid. I took reservations, check-in/out, and served breakfast. I did management and accounts.
2007: Receptionist in a private society, MECACHROME in Tours, France. (Registered office)(Three months)
I answered phone, welcomed clients for meetings, organized the planning for the meeting rooms and cars. I made reservations for the marketing men who were away on business (train, plane, hotel, renting car).

I was in charge of the bookings for seasonal rent for tourists in Pornichet/ La Baule, France

I took reservations for customers, check-in/out, I prepared breakfast buffet and served it, I use Hotix software, and I had to do the informatics “end of day”.

I set up tables for banquets and did service. During my training period I spent one month in the Library Bar, I could take orders and prepare all drinks (hot and cold, cocktails, etc)

2006: One year specialized in English language with the CFA of Tours (Trainee College). I studied English for three months in France and I spent three months in Ireland as a trainee (waitress) in the Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel.
2005: One year specialized in catering reception with the CFA of Tours and the Mercure Hotel in Tours. I was a receptionist apprentice.
2004: Professional A Level in catering, restaurant option, in the Albert Bayet College (Technical College) Grade 2.
2002: CAP/BEP (Craft certificate Part 2/3) in catering, restaurant option, in the Albert Bayet College in Tours.
Motivations :
I'm looking for a job as waitress or receptionist in Dublin for the beginning of January.
I have good basis in English but need to improve, that's why I want to go in a foreign country.
