About Me
I received several Chef de Cuisine and F&B offers, all seasonal, but I would prefer to go for a more stable position.
My English is not fluent, but I’m sure that after a while I will have no problem to communicate very easily in English.
French is my mother tongue.
I have a very good knowledge of the “ingredients of the world” and a very good flexibility with them and the different cuisines.
During my time at “Plaisirs du Sud” in Brussels, I acquired a very good knowledge of those.
I’m enclosing some pictures of my work as well as a menu created recently.
