French Flight Dispatcher licence
French Baccalaureat S (Equivalent to A Levels in sciences or US high school graduation)
Motivations :
Dear Sir,
I am the holder of a French Baccalaureat S (equivalent to British A levels in Sciences) and have worked in the field of aviation.
To this end, I completed a training course for dispatcher: it includes a training for ground operations (weight and balance, GAETAN DCS...) and a training for flight operations (flight planning , navigation, meteorology,...). I took this course at ESMA (Montpellier, France ); this school is owned by the Aeroconseil Group a partner of Airbus within engineering.
Within the framework of this course I carried out a 3 week practical training course with a Ground handling company (Servisair / Globe Ground).
I then worked for several companies (for instance ADP - Aeroport de Paris = Paris Airport Group ) as a ramp dispatcher / load controller . In these positions I was responsible for ground services arrangements, coordination, and weight and balance controls.
I also worked as a Flight Dispatcher for an airline specialized in ACMI flights: we would provide our customers with aircraft (2 Airbus A300-600 and 2 Boeing 757-200) crew, maintenance, insurance. The position included operational tasks such as: Flight planning, Flight monitoring, slot management, arranging ground handling, crew assistance and other operational tasks....
If I talk about these jobs it is beacause they have enabled me to acquire the skills of working effectively as part of a team as well as alone, and to successfully manage delicate situations.
In addition I have travelled abroad often and lived in different countries such as the USA, the UK.. and have a good understanding of English and a capacity to adapt myself to others.
I now wish to direct myself towards the trade of hospitality.
To work for a 4 star hotel would guarantee me quality and serious employment, which is ideal and beneficial for my career.
Therefore I would like to apply for this position.
I believe my work experience in aviation, along with my knowledge of french and english make me a suitable candidate for this position.
I look forward to hearing from you, and remain sincerely yours,
