I have been a cook for more than ten years and I have been working in several traditional and gastronomic restaurants. I have therefore gained a significant experience in the French culinary art. My ultimate goal is to be the chef of my own restaurant.
Since the beginning of my career, I have always done my best to improve myself professionally, in terms of skills and responsibilities. I am dreaming of working in the United States and more precisely in New York because it represents a personal and professional challenge to me. It would also allow me to get new skills and share my experience with you.
