My professional experience and my Certifications will make me qualify to be an RGM and run a very successful restaurant in the United State or in France, I know exactly what I need to run a smooth operation (Customer service , Food Service,Paperworks,labor , Food cost ,Fixed cost ,schedules…)you name it I can do it and if I don’t know it I will do what it take to make it happen, by the way I run about 26% food cost at KFC and 25% at TACO BELL and my labor is about 25.5 for both stores.
