Motivations :
I would like to introduce myself , I'm a French women (speaking french perfectly) , I also speak Spanish perfectly and my English level is nearly perfect, I also have good level of Italian . I 'am 46 years old and I am a person who wishes to complete a new challange .
I have a Hotel experience of more than 20 years in Sol Melia, the first Spanish Hotel Chain, the last 5 years of this period I worked as a Manager in a hotel complex. My previous project was to create Flintstones hotels, I was Product
manager in the central offices in charge of the product, the selection, the training, the contracting and the destination of the staff of activities and the customer service.
I participated in the pre-opening of the first 3 hotels of the chain, in Dominican Republic, as well as in Mexico.
I have just ended a personal project, the creation of the first restaurant in Spain that cooks exclusively with steam. Also I 'am a good chef in French, Italian, Spanish and Steam Kitchen.
Now I would like to work in a new destination.
I have a very charismatic personality, with a big autonomy, dynamic, serious and without forgetting, my skill to motivate, supervise and make the staff follow the policies established by the enterprise.
I am a very good guest relations, live up to the guests and owners expectations, always try acomplishing the promises. I have a good formation and dedication to the staff training.
