November 2011- July 2012 : French/English tech/billing support agent at Orange Communications AG Switzerland. I started as an administrative agent then went up to billing then technical support. I also help the technical back office and the complaint management when the front office is not overloaded with calls. I am capable of handling customers on the phone and per mail and/or e-mail.
January 2011- November 2011 : Bilingual customer support agent (French and English) for an ISP in Switzerland (Sunrise). I first started as an agent for residential wireline customers but in less than two months I have had all the skills activated including the Business customers support. I then started working as a Quality Agent for the same company. The duties include evaluating the agents’ calls, coaching and I was also responsible for the new agents that arrive on the floor after their initial training.
October 2010- November 2010: French Tech support for Apple in Maastricht (Holland).
I was supporting all the mobile devices from made by Apple. I had to leave the company due to a personal loss at that time.
December 2009- April 2010: English Billing/technical phone support for Cryptic Studios. The role implied answering phone calls and guiding the customers through various steps until their issue was solved. We also had to do follow ups on issues if they were reoccurring. I was working for Alchemic Dream, based in Canada, who assigned me to this position and I was one of the last person working until the phone support had been shut down in April.
August 2008-November 2009: French Game Master at GOA for Warhammer Age of Reckoning (French customer support representative). I have been hired a bit before the game release. The position required to help the customers with various In Game issues as well as providing a basic technical and billing assistance. Later on we were also assigned to the support for League of Legends and other games distributed by GOA. (Pangya, kart'n'Crazy etc.). This position was located in Dublin.
2002 - 2008: Many seasonal and week-end jobs during my studies:
Video game salesman in a shop,Cash clerk in a super-market, Starbucks coffee barista in Switzerland and Ireland,
Financial advisor for OVB, Switzerland
Security agent for several events such as concerts.

En premier lieu, je tiens à vous faire part de mon amour pour le contact client en général. Comme vous avez certainement pu le constater sur mon C.V., j'ai eu l'occasion de beaucoup voyager et de travailler dans différents pays. Je me suis donc enfin décidé de me rapprocher de cette passion au travers d'un métier.
Je me dis que le meilleur endroit pour commencer une nouvelle expérience professionnelle dans ce domaine reste Paris car elle reste la ville la plus visitée du monde. Il va donc sans dire que le fait que mon choix se porte sur elle n'est autre que naturel.
Un environnement propre au développement de mes compétences, voilà ce que je vois lorsque je pense à un hotel.
Je me réjoui réellement à l'idée de pouvoir revenir dans ce domaine entre de bonnes mains.
